Supplement your knowledge base by uploading files directly.

In addition to crawling your website, you can upload documents to expand your AI's knowledge. This is useful for internal docs, PDFs, or any content that isn't published on your website.

Maximum file size: 10 MB per file.

How to Upload

  1. 1Go to Studio → Documents
  2. 2Click Upload and select your file(s)
  3. 3Files are automatically processed and added to your knowledge base

Text Extraction

We extract the text content from your document, regardless of format.

Chunking & Indexing

Content is split into chunks and converted into vector embeddings for semantic search, just like crawled pages.

Plan Availability

Document uploads are available on Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise plans.
